Trinity Lutheran Church was established in 1966 with 54 charter members. Over the years we have seen a tremendous growth in spirit and ministry. We currently minister to over 200 people who call this congregation their church home.
Trinity Lutheran Church serves the Tri-Valley area, living out of the love of Jesus. Nourished by the proclaimed Word and the Sacraments we strive to proclaim the risen Christ in all that we do and say.
Trinity Lutheran Church of Pleasanton, California is a part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). "Evangelical," meaning "Good News," comes first in our name because of our commitment to the Good News of Jesus - of God's radical acceptance of all and passionate desire for all to know healing and love. The Good News of Jesus is what also drives our Mission and Core Values.
