Faith. Love. Serve.
Rooted in Grace

Trinity Lutheran Church is guided by six core values that are rooted in our simple mission: faith, love, and serve.

All of these words, including "faith" are meant to be verbs, how God acts in us and how we act in the world.

Trusting God’s Grace
God's grace comes to us always, inviting us to trust as our active response.

“For I am convinced that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor rulers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor anything else in all creation will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.”  Romans 8:38-39

Connecting and Caring
We are a community that desires to connect and care for each other and love our neighbor.

“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13:34-35

Worshipping through Music, Word, and Sacrament
With passionate leaders, diverse musical styles, inspiring preaching, and weekly sacraments, we are nourished for mission.

“God put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear and put their trust in the LORD.” Psalms 40:3

Serving Those in Need
We serve in Jesus' name locally and around the world, with partner organizations and hands-on ministry and mission trips.

“But a Samaritan while traveling came upon him, and when he saw him he was moved with compassion. He went to him and bandaged his wounds, treating them with oil and wine. Then he put him on his own animal, brought him to an inn, and took care of him.” Luke 10:33-34

Growing Younger
Children and families need a safe space to be fed with God's Word and authentic community. We are actively reestablishing programs to support our youth post-COVID.

“The LORD called Samuel again, a third time. And he got up and went to Eli and said, “Here I am, for you called me.” Then Eli perceived that the LORD was calling the boy. Therefore Eli said to Samuel, “Go, lie down, and if he calls you, you shall say, ‘Speak, LORD, for your servant is listening.’”  1 Samuel 3:8-9

Reflecting God’s Diverse Community
We're committed to becoming more inclusive and welcoming all people into the love of Christ.

“There is no longer Jew or Greek; there is no longer slave or free; there is no longer male and female, for all of you are one in Christ Jesus.”  Galatians 3:28
